Adds the Starter forms for both Pikachu and Eevee from the Let's Go games to Cobblemon. They are available from the starter menu under the Let's Go tab.
Both Pikachu-Starter and Eevee-Starter have increased stats, and can't evolve or breed compared to their normal counterparts.
Uses vanilla cobblemon models, so its just a datapack, does not require any resource pack.
NOTE: In order to keep the original starters available in the starter menu you have to set "useConfigStarters" to "true" in the starters.json config file that is generated from the "exportSpawnConfig" setting
