Phases Discord Rich Presence Mod is a lightweight and simple Minecraft mod that lets you display your Minecraft game status on Discord via Discord’s Rich Presence feature, meaning your friends can see information like what game you’re playing and which version you’re using right within the Discord app when you open the game.
