A lightweight datapack that adds personal /sethome and /home to vanilla Minecraft using /trigger, no plugins and no mods required.

Commands
/trigger sethome — set your home at your current position /trigger home — teleport to your home
Installation
Put the zip into: world/datapacks/ Run /reload (Optional) '/datapack list' to verify it’s enabled
Note Minecraft shows a small system message after /trigger (“Triggered ...”). This is vanilla behavior.
