You are allowed to use this datapack in anyway you like, you can include it in modpacks or servers, however please give me credit.
Technical Bits
For 1.0, The Datapack also doubles as the Resource Pack, and it may say that the resource pack is for a newer version, but it will work for the correct version. For 1.1 and above, The Datapack and Resource Pack are seperate, and you can get to the resouce pack by clicking on the version number.
