About Datapack / mod

Stone Tweaks is a datapack / mod that modifies and adds a lot of recipes that involve stone. Its goal is to make stone blocks more universal and also to make crafting some walls, slabs, and stairs easier. Stone is stone, so this project lets you craft items using any stone you like.

Recipes

This project modifies and adds a lot of recipes.

Some of them let you easily craft mossy variants of cobblestone and stone brick walls, stairs, and slabs.

Others let you remove moss from stone or smelt blocks like slabs and stairs.

A lot of recipes have been modified so they can be crafted with all unprocessed stone blocks. Some of them include stone tools, redstone components, brewing stands, and more.

Future project support and backporting

This datapack / mod will be updated once every full release of Minecraft as soon as possible. I do not plan on backporting this project.

Compatibility with other mods or plugins

If you know a mod or plugin that adds new types of stones that would fit that datapack, let me know on Discord and I will publish an add-on.
