Sword Blocking Plus

Open the Minecraft launcher and look at the profile you play on — it names both, like fabric-loader-1.21.4. The version also shows in the bottom-right corner of the game's main menu.
No loader in the profile name? Then it's plain Minecraft, and these mods won't run — you need Fabric or NeoForge installed first.
Sword Blocking Plus
Sword Blocking Plus is an add-on that reintroduces the classic pre-1.9 sword blocking as an enchantment.
Features
- Adds a custom enchantment, Blocking, which;
- If applied to a weapon (swords, axes, or maces), allows the enchanted weapon to block attacks similar to a shield.
- Has two levels:
- Blocking I
- Faithful to pre-1.9 sword blocking
- Blocks 50% of damage
- Takes away 6 durability per hit.
- Blocking II
- Similar to modern shields
- Blocks 100% of damage
- Takes away 25 durability per hit.
