Feline Fix
Adjusts the Feline Origin Weak Arms trait so that it's just slow to mine 2+ natural stones, rather than impossible.

I love the Feline origin, but the fact that it's literally impossible to mine "natural stone" touching more than 2 other stone blocks makes navigation and mining a pain. It means you're heavily dependent on others on a server, and you really need to stock up on strength potions in single player. Just frustrating! It's MINEcraft, after all.
But just removing it felt like it made Feline overpowered. I couldn't think of a unique drawback to replace it with, but I figured, hey, if it was just really slow to mine, but not impossible, I'd be okay with that. It would still keep the drawback's intentions while making it more possible to play how you want. You just need a little perseverance!!
It scales with Strength and Haste, as well as tool efficiency.
