Stable Snow

• Alters world generation so that no powder snow naturally appears in the world's terrain. Instead, those blocks are replaced with regular snow blocks for a seamless removal.
• Powder snow can still be collected with a cauldron during snowy weather and placed as a block.
• Trial Chamber powder snow generation should not be affected by this datapack.

First added in 1.17, powder snow is a block that causes players and most other mobs stepping on the block to sink through, preventing them from jumping out and eventually dealing freeze damage. Powder snow is difficult to discern from regular snow blocks, which are safe to walk on. It also frequently generates in large areas that are several layers deep, making escape and/or finding a detour harder and more time consuming. The biomes in which powder snow generates are littered with near-invisible death traps, to which many unfortunate players and mobs have met a premature end. Powder snow can make walking through these biomes stressful and dangerous, discouraging their exploration.
