❄️ Frost Tale ❄️

Frost Tale is a short story, bossfight, and adventure wrapped all in one! Experience this chilling quest, gaining unique loot, new challenge, and insight into one stranger's encounter with 'The Blizzard'.

📚 Quick Tutorial (Contains spoilers) 📚

--1. Obtaining the frosty tome-- You'll need the Frosty Tome item in order to summon The Blizzard. To find it, you'll have to travel to igloo structures. If the Igloo has a basement, you can find it in its loot chest. The Frosty Tome also contains a quick peak into the story of Frost Tale. Give it a read!

--2. Using the summoning altar-- To summon The Blizzard, you'll need a few materials and a certain biome. The altar is simple to build, composed of a block of Blue Ice with a Bell on top of it. The altar will only activate when right-clicked with a 'Frosty Tome' while inside a snowy biome.

-List of viable biomes:

  1. Snowy Plains
  2. Snowy Taiga
  3. Snowy Slopes
  4. Ice Spikes

--3. Fighting 'The Blizzard'-- Upon summoning the boss, the weather will change to snow. (Clears upon defeat of the boss)

Passive Stats & Abilities:

Stasis Attack:

At certain stages of health, The Blizzard will briefly become invulnerable and float into the air. During this time, it will summon a flurry of attacking Snowballs. You can hit the Snowballs out of the air, to destroy them and prevent damage. The snow will disappear 14 seconds after each Snowball spawns. More Snowballs are summoned at each respective stage of 'The Blizzard's' HP.

--4. The Loot-- Upon defeating 'The Blizzard', the snowstorm will come to a halt and drop a few different items:
