Monolithic Modernity

Which build do you need?

This mod ships a separate file for every mod loader and every version of the game. Pick both, then download — the wrong build installs fine and then does nothing in the game.

I don't know my version or loader
Open the Minecraft launcher and look at the profile you play on — it names both, like fabric-loader-1.21.4. The version also shows in the bottom-right corner of the game's main menu.
No loader in the profile name? Then it's plain Minecraft, and these mods won't run — you need Fabric or NeoForge installed first.

Monolithic Modernity

Image of a monolith top with a poppy in focus, with "Monolithic Modernity" written over it. Did you know that in 1.19 monoliths were techinically possible again? Well, this datapack aims to add them back in the game! (although more commonly than in alpha)

Description

This pack uses a bug from 1.19 in which, if you multiply the terrain density function by a negative number, it shoots the terrain up into the the sky. Then, with a range choice, I made that terrain much rarer.

Tldr: I made a bug a feature.

Compatibility

This should be incompatible with any other that touches the sloped_cheese file, but it's fairly easy to make it compatible. For now there's a separate file compatible with Cascades.
