Don't get ripped off when crafting stairs!
This presents a more fair aproach to stair crafting that matches the actual stair model one for one.
Same as in the stonecutter you now get one stair for every one block you use.
Furthermore, Minecraft stairs have always had only two steps but the original crafting recipe uses three steps! It makes no logistic sense!
