
Stackable Absorption Hearts
I don't know my version or loader
This Datapack makes it so eating multiple Golden Apples or Enchanted Golden Apples increases the level of the Absorption effect (yellow hearts), instead of only resetting its duration.

This means eating two Golden Apples back to back will give you 4 extra hearts for the next 120 seconds. If you eat another Golden Apple before the duration is up, the hearts will be increased by another two and the duration will reset back to 120 seconds.
There is three versions of this datapack:
- Gradual Decrease: The stack of hearts currently active slowly decreases by 2 hearts ever 120 seconds. Personally I recommend this version!
- Instant Decay: The stack of hearts is removed all at once as soon as the 120s of duration are up
- No Stacking: The stack of hearts decreases by 2 hearts every 2 minutes. However eating multiple golden apples will NOT increase the absorption level
Additional information
- A normal Golden Apple will add 2 hearts
- An Enchanted Golden Apple will add 8 hearts
- By default, the maximum amount of hearts you can gain is 200. This value can be adjusted in the "data/stacking_golden_apples/fuction/apply_stacked_effect.mcfunction" file
