Unovan Basculin to Basculegion with Ancient Power

A small Cobblemon datapack that lets Unovan Basculin (Red-Striped and Blue-Striped) evolve into Basculegion by learning Ancient Power.
Changes:
- Adds Ancient Power to Unovan Basculin at level 33.
- Adds an evolution: on level-up, if Basculin knows Ancient Power -> Basculegion.
- White-Striped (Hisuian) Basculin keeps its original recoil-based evolution.
Install:
- Drop this .zip into: /datapacks/
- Run /reload
- Verify with: /datapack list
