Makes speed/slowness potions work on Happy Ghasts and other flying mobs. Enjoy your faster ghasts!
Speed/slowness potions currently do not work on flying mobs due to a vanilla bug (MC-40949), this datapack fixes that. (This datapack only fixes potions not working, not the movement_speed attribute in general.)
