Fixes a problem with TFMG's overpowered tools and armor being craftable with the extremely early-game Mekanism Steel

You can bypass the super complicated pipeline for making TFMG steel and simply use Mekanism steel made from 2 coal and an iron to get armor better than diamond.
This datapack fixes this by making every TFMG recipe require TFMG steel instead of steel ingots from any mod
