This datapack is best used with the Global Packs mod.
The datapack will allow Goats to spawn in the Windswept Hills (formerly known as 'Mountians') biomes like they did as a placeholder in 1.17. If playing with the Moderner Beta mod, it will allow you to get Goats on any worldgen type with the ability to spawn the Windswept Hills Biome
