This datapack does only one thing: make light blocks craftable in survival. There are other packs that do this but they don't allow you to access the different light level variants, which is why I created this one. You can craft four light blocks with a light level of 15 by placing a torch surrounded by 8 glass panes in a crafting table. Putting a light block (any level) in a stonecutter will let you turn it into another light level.
