This data pack resets the labels of items in your inventory, and this allows you not to accumulate the enchantment level in the anvil - that is, there will be no inscription "Too expensive", and the level in the anvil will be spent less and will not accumulate. Anvils that do not accumulate a level and are removed "Too Expensive"
