⬇ Download on ModrinthThis datapack makes it so that hoppers facing "air" will shoot out the items it has inside (ONLY WORKS IF U STAND ON THE HOPPER AND DO /function hopper_launch/hopper_place) so it wont ruin your other redstone builds which dont want hoppers shooting items.
the item can be caught by another hopper! it acts as a dropped/thrown item.
make sure you stand and crouch to fit on top of the hopper, then do:
/function hopper_launch/hopper_place (makes the hopper you are standing on be able to shoot items if facing air)
to remove it, simply do /kill @e[type=marker] and put your range. Also break the hopper :)
ignore /function hopper_launch/hopper_break, for testing purposes!
May not work on versions below 1.21.4
