Pearl's Better Water Potions

Inspired by PearlescentMoon's Hermitcraft Season 11 series. Pearl discovers the fact that Splash Water Bottles and Lingering Water Bottles are basically identical, as well as the fact that Arrows of Splashing are useless; this inspired me to create a datapack that solves this issue.

This is my first datapack so I apologize if the way I did things are bit odd or unoptimized, I am not 100% familiar with creating datapacks and had to use a bit of AI to assist with the creation process.

Features/Changes

Arrows of Splashing

• Extinguishes fire/soul fire when shot at it.
• Extinguishes candles & campfires.
• Extinguishes players and mobs by spawning a splash water bottle above them.
  • This is done this way as I was unable to use NBT data to extinguish players on fire, only mobs, so to keep it consistent I applied the same behavior to both.

Splash Water Bottle

The following changes do not apply to the water bottle spawned by the arrow of splashing when shot at mobs/players.

• Extinguishes a 5x5x5 area around it from fire and soul fire (2 blocks on each side of the water bottle). This is supposed to mimic the behavior of regular splash potions and the radius they have for potion effects.

Lingering Water Bottle

• Extinguishes a 5x5x5 area around it just like the splash water bottle, except that it prevents new fire from burning or being lit in the 5x5x5 area for 45 seconds (the same as a base lingering potion).
• Prevents players and mobs from being on fire by spawning a splash water bottle above them when they enter the lingering potion cloud.
