Lode Road
A simple datapack which adds the ability to teleport to a lodestone a compass is linked to by dropping it nearby on another lodestone.
Instructions
To teleport, follow these steps:
- Craft a compass and link it to a lodestone.
- Create a second lodestone and go to it.
- To teleport to the first lodestone, simply drop the compass on the second lodestone. Warning: for balancing, lightning will strike the compass and destroy it as well as strike you at your destination and nausea will be applied to you for a few seconds. Keep in mind some fire will spawn from this lightning, so be careful to not have any wooden builds nearby. Additionally, lodestone teleportation will only work in the overworld.
Advancements
Spoiler This datapack additionally adds an advancement named 'Lode Road' which you get from teleporting using a lodestone compass. If you get it, you are rewarded with 250 XP which should be half of what you get from the 'Hot Tourist Destinations' achievement if I'm correct.Quick facts
