This project lets you change the pose of the Copper Golems by "crafting" it into another pose. Oxidation and Wax state are preserved.

Known Issue:

Pose must be selected and added from Recipe Book and Statue must be in lowest inventory slot number
This is due to having multiple crafting recipes with the same input as ingredients cannot use component data
Each Oxidation and Waxed state are unique inputs
Each Pose is a unique data component

Option to bypass issue:
If you just want to craft into a specific pose, delete all the poses you don't wish to use from both the data\selah\recipe and data\selah\advancement\recipes\custom folders inside the zip file. The file names start with the pose.
For example, if you want all your statues to be stored as "standing" then delete files starting with "running" "sitting" and "star".
This won't bypass the issue with the recipe book if you have multiple poses in your inventory but it will bypass the issue crafting directly from your inventory (without using the recipe book).

Installation:

Put the datapack in your "/AppData/Roaming/.minecraft/saves/[Your World Here]/datapack" folder.
DO NOT put the datapack in your "/AppData/Roaming/.minecraft/resourcepacks" folder.
If you changed where Minecraft loads from, find that location and use that "saves" folder.
For servers, put it in your world folder that matches where your server.properties file says.

For advanced users:

IF you want to store it in your ".minecraft" folder, CREATE a folder called "datapack" and put it there.
From there, when you create a world and go to add datapacks, you can simply go to this folder and grab what you need.
For identical recipes in multiple data packs, load desired recipes AFTER their duplicates

Datapack version is formatted as A.B.C

A marks breaking changes to how the data pack is written
B marks changes in either the "Pack Format" version or the game version itself (major update)
- Special Note: as of 5.5.0 (1.21.9), pack formating now has minor versions. All minor versions for any given major versions are intended to fully compatible (i.e. - 88.0, 88.1, etc.) and listed as only the major version (i.e. - 88).
- Special Note 2: 1.21.11 is the final Minecraft version formated this way. Future updates will be based on Year and Drop Number, starting with 26.1. The Drop Number will be the new indication for this changing starting with 26.1.
C marks minor changes or fixes

The different release versions of "More Recipes by Selah":

More Recipes: A balance of Quality of Life recipes while still feeling Vanilla
Mini-Collections: Every recipe in "More Recipes" sub-divided into seven (7) categories
- Additional, Change, Color, New, Smelting, Stonecutting, Undo
Individual: Every recipe divided into sub-categories based on the Mini-Collection categories
- This is effectively the test version of all recipes
- This is where recipes not in the Mini-Collection or comprehensive releases are
- Feedback encouraged to bring as many recipes into the comprehensive release as possible

Datapacks were not a thing before 1.13. There is no way to make these compatible older than 1.13.

There are special cases where breaking changes that are not backwards compatible don't have the "A" value incremented:

Item names are changed
- ex: 1.1.x changes "rose_red" to "red_dye"
A non-breaking functionality is added
- ex: 2.6.x in 1.19.3 adds categories while anything before ignores them
A change is made that doesn't stop the previous method from working
- ex: "crafting_shapeless" works in all versions, "minecraft:crafting_shapeless" starting in 1.1.x
Changes to the way "pack.mcmeta" is read
- ex: see changes in 25w31a
