This is a recipe datapack for the mod Fletching Recipe by CoolerProYT, without it this datapack does not work. This datapack is made for the 1.21.1 NeoForge Version.
Use regular potions to make batches of eight and sixteen arrows; and lingering potions for batches of thirty-two and sixty-four. I recommend using Dragons Breath Recipe or making your own data pack for easier access to dragons breath for the lingering potions.
