Checks if the villager already has a name;
If not — it creates a new random name (for example: Andrey Trader, Nikita Wheatson, Leonid Armorer, etc.).
🧠 The names are taken from special lists of first names and professions built into the datapack system. The combination is generated dynamically, so each villager looks unique.
The API part allows other datapacks or commands to use this functionality — for example, to assign their own name templates, styles, or even effects when generating names.
