Adds a new craftable moving box item that allows for moving any block from one place to another in survival, regardless of nbt or other conditions.

The item can be crafted in a crafting table as show in the image above. With this item, even in survival, you can move any placed block in your world from one place to another.
Some good examples are chests and mob spawners, but the possibilities are endless. Anything from just a piece of dirt, to a budding amethyst, without forgetting warden spawning sculk shriekers! CAREFUL!!
