Fixes Farmer's Respite coffee and tea spawning making them more common and spawn as crops rather than wild crops.

Makes Tea spawn as crops instead of wild crops, making it easier to spot and also is far more common alongside coffee. Coffee is common enough to also spawn even with supplementaries installed and ash. (So basically, it fixes the coffee and tea)
