Just get rid of elytra. It's pretty simple.
NOTE!
ONLY REMOVES ELYTRA ON PLAYER. WILL NOT REMOVE ELYTRA FROM:
- Chest
- Item Frame
- Ender Chest (If you somehow get it in there)
- Or anything that is not a player.
