Simple datapack that adds the ability to gain Hero of the village effect when wearing any helmet that has an emerald trim material. You can use any trim and any helmet material (iron, diamond, etc) as long as it has an Emerald-trim on it, it will grant you the effect until you take it off. Enjoy the discounts from Librarians!
To be honest I have not tried this datapack on older versions than 1.21.x but it should work just fine. If not, report any issues on Github
Installation:
Just drop the .zip file into your datapacks folder within your world folder. Restart your server.
You can check if the datapack was loaded correctly by running: /function emerald_hero:about

- File type: .jar
- Minecraft versions listed: 1.21, 1.21.1, 1.21.2
- How to install: Install the matching mod loader (Forge, Fabric or NeoForge) for your Minecraft version. → Download the .jar. → Put it in the .minecraft/mods folder and launch that loader profile.
