THIS MAY OR MAY NOT BE "BALANCED" USE AT YOUR OWN RISK
datapack that lets you craft ore blocks (obtained by silk touch) into raw ores, at roughly fortune 2.
- 1 Coal + 1 Coal Ore = 3 Coal
- 1 Coal + 8 Coal Ore = 2 Coal Ore Block
- 1 Raw Iron + 1 Iron Ore = 3 Raw Iron
- 1 Raw Iron + 8 Iron Ore = 2 Raw Iron Ore Block
- 1 Raw Gold + 1 Gold Ore = 3 Raw Gold
- 1 Raw Gold + 8 Gold Ore = 2 Raw Gold Ore Block
- 1 Diamond + 1 Diamond Ore = 3 Diamond
- 1 Diamond + 8 Diamond Ore = 2 Diamond Block
- 1 Raw Copper + 1 Copper Ore = 1 Raw Copper Block
- 1 Lapis + 1 Lapis Ore = 1 Lapis Block
- 1 Quartz + 1 Quartz Ore = 3 Quartz
- 1 Redstone + 1 Redstone Ore = 6 Redstone
why did i do this? because i feel like having silk touch makes "ore processing" more tedious because when you get back from a mining adventure, you have to place down a big tower of ore blocks and mine them all with your fortune pickaxe. This feels balanced-ish for me personally because you loose out on the maximum amount you can get from fortune 3, as well as experience from mining the ores.
