Lacey's Global Pokédex
A tweak pack for Cobblemon that revamps the order of the Pokédex!
This datapack revamps the order of the Pokédex to be based on general habitat area and the archetype or roles that it fills in an ecosystem, while still generally respecting the game's traditional Pokédex ordering schemes. Similar Pokémon such as the starters and regional birds and bugs, until pseudos and legendaries, will all be grouped together to make for a more natural and realistic order instead of the games' method of separating primarily by regional chunks.
Note that habitat areas are not directly one-to-one to where it may appear in Cobblemon, especially with Pokémon added via missing Pokémon addons; some Pokémon are placed in other tabs if deemed appropriate considering its habitats in the original games and other Pokémon with a similar archetype.
To fully install, this pack needs to be added as both a resource and a data pack. It functions as just a datapack, however some strings for the tabs will show up as untranslated code; adding this as a resource pack provides those strings.
Future additions to this pack includes built-in compatibility for the myriad of fakemon addons in Cobblemon, fitting them in the Dex alongside base Pokémon!
Note: This datapack does not include models for any Pokémon that you do not already have. It simply reorders the Pokédex.
Happy catching!
Requires Cobblemon, of course. Support can be requested over at the Official Cobblemon Discord.
