What does Elixirs Armor Stands Datapack do?
It gives you the ability to craft armor stand with arms and lets you change armor stand poses by crouch right clicking the bottom of the armor stand
to uninstall the datapack use this function:
/function armor-stand-with-arms:uninstall
then you can just remove the datapack from the datapack folder
