Backwards Crafting Salvage Disassemble Items Hotfix

I've noticed when using the Backwards Crafting | Salvage & Disassemble Items! Datapack that it generated a huge amount of error messages about invalid recipe entries, so I took some time and fixed those entries. Turs out the datapack had a lot of recipes that were unused due to json parsing issues, and now they are available again. I've also condensed some of the disassembly recipes (i.e. dividing the input and output item numbers by their greatest common divisor, if applicable) while I was at it. If the original author ever stumbles upon this, feel free to update the original pack with my changes.
