What is Heavier Core?
Heavier Core is a very simple data pack that makes one change: heavy cores fall now. Just like other blocks like sand, gravel, and anvils, the heavy core will now fall when not supported by a block.
What does that mean?
Like an anvil, a falling heavy core will damage entities below, but unlike an anvil, the heavy core will launch itself back up with a wind burst.
Warning: could not locate heavy core!

this warning appears when the datapack fails to find the heavy core that you placed. It means that the core will not behave like a falling block. Unfortunately, this is unavoidable due to the limitations of data packs.
Why not just make a mod?
There are multiple reasons behind this decision- I'm not confident in my mod development skills yet. I know how to develop datapacks much better.
- Multi version support. making and maintaining a datapack available for multiple versions is much easier than doing the same with a mod.
- No dependencies: No other mods or mod loaders are required for this project to work. Since its a datapack, the client doesnt even need to install it!
