Ry's Notch Apple
This Minecraft Datapack reintroduces the ability to craft the legendary Notch Apple 🍏, also known as the Enchanted Golden Apple. If you’ve ever missed the good old days when you could surround an apple with gold blocks 🟨 to create one of the most powerful consumables in the game, this datapack is for you!
🛠️ Features
✅ Restores the original crafting recipe for the Enchanted Golden Apple.
✅ Uses eight gold blocks 🟨 and one apple 🍏 in a crafting table.
✅ Works in both singleplayer & multiplayer – because sharing is caring (or betraying).
✅ No mods required! Just drop it in your datapacks folder and you’re good to go.

🏹 Why Use This?
Mojang decided to remove the recipe in Minecraft 1.9, probably to stop players from hoarding stacks of them like they were golden nuggets. But let’s be honest, if you have eight gold blocks to spare, you deserve an Enchanted Golden Apple!
With this datapack, you can once again use your gold for something better than powered rails (seriously, how many of those do you really need?). Bring back the classic recipe and enjoy the days when gold had a real purpose!
⚙️ How to Install
1️⃣ Download the datapack.
2️⃣ Place it in your world’s datapacks folder (.minecraft/saves/[Your World]/datapacks).
3️⃣ Reload your world (/reload or restart).
4️⃣ Craft your Notch Apple like it’s 2015! 🍏
