Open the Minecraft launcher and look at the profile you play on — it names both, like fabric-loader-1.21.4. The version also shows in the bottom-right corner of the game's main menu.

No loader in the profile name? Then it's plain Minecraft, and these mods won't run — you need Fabric or NeoForge installed first.

About the Datapack

A datapack that adds back the Enchanted Golden Apple Recipe before 1.9 removed it.

This datapack, "Return Enchanted Golden Apples!" adds back the recipe, ignoring 1.9's recipe removal. DO NOT USE IN SERVERS THAT COMMONLY HAVE DIAMOND/NETHERITE ARMOR PLAYERS AS IT CAN RUIN THE ECONOMY!!

What's so bad about it being removed?

Well, in 1.20+, Mojang added AutoCrafters. AND YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS... No Enchanted Golden Apples farming!!!!!! Well, this datapack will do the trick. Be happy that the Enchanted Golden Apples AutoCrafting Farm now works!!
