Take the brains and put them somewhere else. Free Minecraft Java mod for 1.19, 1.19.1, 1.19.2.

Which build do you need?

This mod ships a separate file for every mod loader and every version of the game. Pick both, then download — the wrong build installs fine and then does nothing in the game.

Mod loader

Minecraft version

⬇ Download for 1.21.5 · Fabric⬇ Download for 1.21.2–1.21.4 · Fabric⬇ Download for 1.21.1 · Fabric⬇ Download for 1.21 · Fabric⬇ Download for 1.19–1.21.3 · Paper⬇ Download for 1.19–1.21.3 · Spigot
I don't know my version or loader
Open the Minecraft launcher and look at the profile you play on — it names both, like fabric-loader-1.21.4. The version also shows in the bottom-right corner of the game's main menu.
No loader in the profile name? Then it's plain Minecraft, and these mods won't run — you need Fabric or NeoForge installed first.

Ya know that intrusive thought that begins, "If I just pushed this Q-Tip really hard..."?*

Okay so this is that...but for Minecraft mobs. Just grab yourself a "nobrains" nametag to do a lil brain scoopin' to get a mob with an empty noggin.

And if you want to put them back, you can just use a "givebrains" nametag. Easier than making one of those single-serving microwave Kraft Mac & Cheese bowls--you don't even have to add water here!

The primary goal of this plugin is to cut down on the AI load of villagers and piglins on large SMPs where a lot of people have trading/bartering set ups.

To that end, you might be wondering how trading/bartering still occurs. Well listen up because I'm gonna learn ya some knowledge:

Piglins will function like normal. Honestly, you may not see any significant improvements here unless your server has a lot of persistent piggies. However, you can choose to let Piglins be NoAI-ed outside of the nether, which will prevent them from zombifying. If you do that, you can also control if they can barter outside of the nether when NoAI-ed, or if they'd only be a nice set decoration.

Villagers will continue to restock twice per day by default. You can increase this if you wish. (Could make a nice incentive for people to have their villagers pushed to the left end of the IQ bell curve)

Villagers can also have their restocking hours constrained. By default, they'll restock every 20/n minutes (where n is the number of daily restocks you configure). But there are two other modes to choose from
