Lunar effects/moon management plugin**

This plugin adds special effects for new and full moons. The effects range from simple bad/good luck to special spawns and increased crop production. Details on all four moons below:

Full moon 🌕

• All players are blessed with luck

Harvest moon 🌾🌕

• Default 50% of all full moons become a harvest moon
• With enough light, crops will grow 10x faster
• A small percentage of bees will not enter their hives at night
  • Bees stuck outside will immediately begin pollinating
• No hostile mobs will spawn at night
• Allays spawn in place of Creepers at night - with a chance to hold rare loot!
• Weather will always be clear once the harvest moon has risen

New moon 🌑

• All players are cursed with bad luck

Blood moon 🩸🌑

• Default 50% of all new moons become a blood moon
• All monsters' speed, jump, and detection range is increased based on world difficulty
• All humanoid monsters will spawn in with random chainmail based on difficulty
  • easy = 2 pieces
  • normal = 3 pieces
  • hard = full chainmail
• Vex spawn in place of Creepers at night - no hiding behind walls!
• Sleeping is disabled during the blood moon

Commands:

• /luma reload Reloads the config file
• /luma status Shows current plugin (and moon) status
• /luma nextmoon Moves the moon phase ahead by one
• /luma makebloodmoon Skips ahead to the next Blood Moon
• /luma makeharvestmoon Skips ahead to the next Harvest Moon
• /luma debug Enables debug messages to the console

To run any of the above commands, ensure you have the permission luma.command.*

Important Information

• Harvest and Blood Moons will not happen without advance notice - i.e. you cannot spawn into one unless started by another online player, and they won't occur if a player isn't in the world at the start of the day to trigger.
• Because of the way the Harvest Moon works, a lot of things get faster, from turtle eggs hatching, dripstone dripping, and fire spreading. BE CAREFUL!

** Developed with Folia & Purpur in mind, and rumtime tested for all servers, but only Paper has been tested with actual players. Please submit bug reports on the GitHub repo!
