I don't know my version or loader
Open the Minecraft launcher and look at the profile you play on — it names both, like fabric-loader-1.21.4. The version also shows in the bottom-right corner of the game's main menu.
No loader in the profile name? Then it's plain Minecraft, and these mods won't run — you need Fabric or NeoForge installed first.
if you on paper least build 1.20.6 you can disable end safe teleport in paper-config-global and remove this plugin
This is not 1:1 fix you need server patching

How is work?
Whenever a falling sand entity comes close to or hits the end portal, a new falling sand entity is summoned with a velocity that shoots it straight into the portal. However, we encountered a problem when the entity got reset by the safe teleport Paper patch - it lose its velocity. To fix this, we added the velocity back when the entity was in the end.
