Aquatic Minecraft Plugin

This Minecraft Plugin adds many features related to the Ocean to Minecraft. The plugin is completely inspired by a post on X by @Vitreous_Glassy. You can find the post here.

Installation

1. Install the plugin like any other Minecraft plugin.
2. You also need OptiFine. If you don't want to use OptiFine you can use these two mods: [ETF] Entity Texture Features and this one: [EMF] Entity Model Features.

Whale

A majestic whale added to the game.

Loot dropped by the whale when you right-click it with shears.

Whale Fall

Barnacle Spike

You can craft the Barnacle Spike using: - 3 Barnacles (dropped when you shear a whale), - 1 Redstone Dust, - 1 Iron Ingot.

Here is the crafting recipe:

If activated with redstone and a player steps on it, it deals damage to the player. It looks like this:

Ocean Glider

The Ocean Glider wich allows the Player to travel 300 Blocks very fast on water.

To craft the Ocean Glider you need to use following Recipie:

Nibbler and Prismarine Ocean Ruin

The Nibbler is an aggressive mob wich spawns near the new Structure: "Prismarine Ocean Ruin". You can see this in the following image:

You can also breed the Nibbler by using Dried Kelp. It looks like this:

If you kill the Nibbler it drops a Prismarine Shard.

Shark

The Shark is a new Passive mob wich passively drops Shark Tooth. You can see this here:

With 5 Shark Teeth you are able to craft a "Spiky Piston" like that:

It breaks Blocks with a blast resistance <= 6. You can see this here:

Oyster

The Oyster is a new Block. But this block cant be broken so you cant get the Block. There a two variants:

• Without a Pearl:

  • 

• And with a Pearl:

  • 

If you shear an oyster it always drops a raw oyster. And if the oyster has a pearl it also drops it. It will look something like this:

If you eat the Oyster raw you will get nausea but if you cook it you will get a good food source. You can cook it in the furnace like any other food like this:

And if you get the Pearl you can brew a potion of Luck with it. You can to it like that:

Boat Banners

If you shift-right-click a boat with a banner in your hand you can place the banner in the boat. It will look like this:

But if you do that there can only be one Player in the boat. So it basically takes up one place in the boat. You can also get the banner by back shift-right-clicking again.

Goldfish

The Goldfish is a new mob without any functionality. It is just there for the looks and spawns together with tropical fish. You can see it here:

Debug Mode

The Debug Mode includes the following Commands:

1. spawnShark
2. spawnNibbler
3. spawnGoldfish
4. spawnWhale
5. spawnOyster

You need to activate it in the config file. Only OP's can use these Commands!
