DynamicWorldBorder is a Minecraft plugin that dynamically manages your world border, automatically expanding or shrinking it over time according to your configuration.
Features
-Automatic world border expansion or shrinking at configurable intervals. -Saves the border size on server shutdown and restores it on startup (optional reset). -Pre-generates chunks in new border areas to reduce lag. -Simple commands to toggle border expansion on or off. -Permission-based access control.
Commands
/dynamicworldborder <on|off|reload> or /dwb <on|off|reload>
Enables or disables the automatic border expansion. Reloads the plugin.
Permissions
worldborder.toggle — Allows toggling border expansion (default: operator only).
worldborder.admin — Full access to all commands (default: none).
Installation
- Place the DynamicWorldBorder.jar file into your server’s plugins folder.
- Start the server to generate the configuration file.
- Modify config.yml to your preferences.
- Restart the server or reload the plugin.
- Use /dynamicworldborder on/off to manage the expanding border.
