Fast Player Minecarts
A simple paper plugin I made for having faster minecarts without breaking minecart based redstone machines. It works with and without the new experimental minecart physics.
Config
defaultSpeed is the speed of a 'regular' minecart
fastSpeed is the speed of a minecart being ridden by a player
