It's done by using armor stands, spectator mode. When you execute the command, click shift!
Usage:
/blockdis <TabAutoCompleteNameOfTheBlock>/resetRequired permission to use this command:
blockdisguise.usePlayers with op (/op nickname) have this required permission by default.
