This is a plugin with 16 different colors where you can make other people glow is that color. This plugin is perfect for smps and events.

VerdantGlowing lets you give any player a colored glowing outline without affecting their name tag or tablist color. Unlike traditional glowing systems that rely on scoreboard teams (which color the player’s name), this plugin uses invisible glowing armor stands that follow players and simulate colored glow.
🔹 Features: /setglow – Apply a glowing outline in any standard Minecraft color.
/removeglow – Remove the glowing effect.
Glow works without changing the player's name tag or tablist entry.
Uses scoreboard teams internally for color control.
Lightweight and compatible with Paper 1.20+.
🎨 Supported Colors: red, blue, green, yellow, aqua, white, purple, etc. (All standard ChatColor values supported.)
