Скачайте файл RiseTab-версия-Rise.jar, переместите файл в папку plugins.
Настройка
Плагин можно настроить через другой плагин LuckPerms. Вы так-же можете настроить конфиг по пути plugins\RiseTab\config.yml

Usage:
Download the RiseTab-version-Rise.jar file, move the file to the plugins folder.
