• 'speed' — how fast the meteor travels
• 'explosion-power' — explosion strength upon impact

/meteor spawn -100 150 200 -150 70 250 minecraft:stone

This will spawn a meteor traveling from '(-100, 150, 200)' to '(-150, 70, 250)' destroying everything in its path and leaving a crater made of stone.
