AVAILABLE FLAGS:
-s [seed] - Set the world seed.
-b [true/false] - Enable or disable structures.
-e [environment] - Set the environment (normal, nether, the_end).
-t [type] - Set the world type (flat, amplified, etc.).
-d [difficulty] - Set the difficulty (peaceful, easy, normal, hard).
-p [true/false] - Enable or disable PvP.
FEATURES:
logs each world and its world properties inside worlds.yml
has a firstworldspawn: #world_name option to set a a world for when a new player joins the server
has /umv setspawn [WORLD] to set the main spawn per world
has most of the containing gamerule flags such as: seed, enviorment world type, type-world being: normal, flat, etc. Also features, difficulty levels, and pvp which can be set to true or false
