🔧 Features ⏳ Custom Timer: Start a countdown using /timer mm:ss → Example: /timer 1000 05:00 will shrink the world border to 1000 blocks after 5 minutes.
🌐 Border Control: Once the countdown ends, the world border shrinks to your specified size over the same duration.
