BonemealPlus is an advanced Minecraft bonemeal enhancement plugin that expands vanilla farming mechanics with configurable growth systems, area-of-effect bonemeal, and performance-safe processing.
Players can accelerate crop growth, grow stackable plants like sugar cane and cactus up to configurable limits, and duplicate small flowers for lightweight farming automation. The plugin introduces an optional AOE bonemeal system, allowing bone meal to affect multiple nearby blocks with distance-based falloff for more natural progression instead of uniform growth.
To maintain server performance, BonemealPlus includes a configurable growth queue system, ensuring large-scale farming and AOE interactions do not cause lag spikes.
All behavior is fully configurable via config.yml, including:
- Enabled worlds
- Which crops and plants are affected
- Maximum growth stages and heights
- AOE radius and falloff behavior
- Growth chances and super-growth mechanics
- Particle effects and sound feedback
- Performance limits per tick
The plugin is designed for servers that want more dynamic farming, enhanced QoL for players, and scalable performance-friendly mechanics without altering vanilla Minecraft core behavior.
There are no external dependencies. Java 17 or higher is required.
