This plugin adds a new command, /offlinetp. This command allows to teleport offline players or teleport to one.
This plugin uses Bukkit getOfflinePlayers to get their positions, so you can teleport to players that joined before the instalation of this plugin!

Permissions:
- offlinetp.reload - to use /offlinetp-reload
- offlinetp.offlinetp - to use /offlinetp
- offlinetp.to-player - use /offlinetp only for teleportation to player
- offlinetp.player-to-player - use /offlinetp only for player teleportation to player
