Yet another plugin that makes snowballs do damage

Why did you bother making this?

It was about 15 minutes for fun and I was too lazy to think of different keywords plugins with this purpose would use (I only found one from 2014).

Note: This project was compiled for PaperMC 1.16 on Java 11. By the nature of the Bukkit API, chances are it'll work on any Java version above and almost any Minecraft version; if it doesn't, please file an issue on the GitHub page.
